  • Workezy serves as a job marketplace connecting job seekers with employers but does not guarantee employment.
  • Users must provide accurate information. Any misleading or false details may result in account suspension.

1.2 Job Listings & Verification

  • Workezy verifies all job listings and candidates before they appear on the platform.
  • Employers are responsible for ensuring their job descriptions are accurate and lawful.

1.3 Account Suspension & Violations

  • Workezy reserves the right to suspend or ban users who violate our policies, including but not limited to:
    • Posting fake jobs or fraudulent job applications.
    • Misusing employer or job seeker information.
    • Engaging in spam, harassment, or illegal activities.

1.4 Third-Party Services

  • Workezy may use third-party services, including background verification providers, to validate job seekers’ credentials.

1.5 Job Posting Charges

  • Employers can post one job for free. Subsequent job postings are chargeable based on Workezy’s pricing model.

2. Privacy Policy

2.1 Data We Collect

We collect the following information from users:

Job Seekers:

  • Full Name
  • Email
  • Phone Number
  • City
  • Country
  • Zip Code

Employers (in addition to the above):

  • Company Name
  • Your Designation

2.2 How We Protect Your Data

  • Workezy uses encryption and strict security measures to protect user data.
  • We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.

2.3 Data Usage & Marketing

  • Workezy may use your email and phone number to send job alerts, updates, and promotional offers.
  • Users can opt out of marketing emails anytime.

2.4 Data Retention & Deletion

  • Users can request data deletion by contacting Workezy support.
  • Workezy retains user data for compliance and operational purposes unless a deletion request is made.

3. Job Seeker Terms

3.1 Applying for Jobs

  • Job seekers can apply for free with limited access.
  • Premium users get additional benefits such as priority listing, unlimited applications, and direct employer contact.

3.2 Training & Premium Features

  • Job seekers can unlock premium features by subscribing or enrolling in Workezy training courses (Sales, English Speaking, Tally, Visa Interview Prep, etc.).
  • Completing a Workezy-certified training provides better job opportunities.

3.3 Workezy’s Role in Hiring

  • Workezy does not guarantee employment. Hiring decisions are solely at the discretion of the employer.
  • Workezy is not responsible if a candidate is not selected after applying for jobs.

4. Employer Terms

4.1 Job Posting & Charges

  • Employers can post one job for free. Additional job postings require payment as per Workezy’s pricing plans.

4.2 HR Services & Screening

  • Employers can opt for Workezy’s HR professional services, where we:
    • Screen, shortlist, and filter candidates based on job requirements.
    • Provide a curated list of the best candidates, saving employers time.

4.3 Candidate Performance & Liability

  • Workezy is not liable if a candidate quits early or performs poorly, except for Elite Users (those trained by Workezy).
  • Employers hiring an Elite User get a performance assurance based on Workezy’s policies.

4.4 Contracts & Negotiations

  • Workezy’s primary role is to connect leads. We do not negotiate employment contracts.
  • Employers must handle employment agreements and legal compliance independently.

5. Dispute Resolution & Legal Compliance

  • Any disputes between employers and job seekers must be resolved between the parties.
  • Workezy is not liable for any disagreements or contract breaches.
  • Any legal disputes regarding Workezy services will be governed by the laws of [Insert Country/Region].
